How Priorities Work in Taskify

Priorities in Taskify help teams focus on what's most urgent by assigning levels to tasks and projects. As an optional feature, they add a layer of sorting and visibility without mandatory use, ideal for dynamic workflows.

Core Functionality

  • Customization: Edit or add priorities via Priorities Adjust names, colors, no role restrictions apply.

  • Assignment: Set priority during task/project creation or editing via a dropdown. It's visible in all views and sortable by default.

  • Optional Nature: Skip priorities if not needed.

Workflow Integration

In Task and Project Views

  • List View: Priority badge appears next to the title (e.g., red exclamation for "Urgent"). Sort columns by priority to prioritize lists.

  • Priority Filters : Priority Filters help you to filter out the Tasks and Projects based on the priorities.
